Shipping:

  • From the time of order, it takes minimum Two to Three working days and maximum Seven to Eight working days for the orders to reach you.
  • Third-party supplier will be managing our inventory and responsible for shipping your products.
  • During festivals, restrictions due to pandemic, or adverse weather conditions your shipment could get delayed.


Return and refund:

  • Applicability: This policy applies to all products purchased directly from our website.
  • Inspection on Delivery: We encourage customers to inspect all items upon receipt to ensure they are in good condition and match the order placed.
  • Proof of Purchase: To process any return or refund, a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email, invoice, or receipt) is required.
  • Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, sealed, and unused to qualify for a return.
  • Products that are opened, partially used, or damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return.
  • To initiate a return, contact our support team at info@timspl.com and provide details such as your order number, product information, and reason for the return.
  • Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and shipping address.
  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
  • It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
  • Refunds are applicable only for returned products that meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days upon approval and credited to the original payment method.

 

Replacement : 

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label for verification.
  • Upon approval, we will send a replacement or provide a full refund, including shipping charges.

  • Approved replacements will be shipped within 5–7 business days after the defective product is returned (if required).
